Do I need to be home for the pickup or delivery? No. Just leave your bags in an accessible spot and we'll handle the rest. Give us any specific instructions when you schedule.

How do I bag my laundry? Use plastic trash bags or laundry bags, securely tied. Label with your name. Don't use hampers or cardboard boxes — they make weighing difficult and slow everything down.

Do you sort before washing? Yes. We sort by color before every wash. No need for you to do it.

What if I have delicates or dry-clean-only items? Let us know when you schedule. We air dry anything that can't go in the dryer. For true dry-clean-only items, please keep those separate.

Can I request a specific detergent? Yes. Bring your preferred detergent in a labeled bag with your pickup and we'll use it.
